After being diagnosed with depression I knew that I could no longer feel this way again. I was determined to heal the cause, whether it was mental or physical, of my depression rather than the symptoms. The feeling that I got from my GP was that I could only treat the symptoms and not the cause. I had to take another approach.
I have always been open to alternative and natural therapies. So, when a friend of mine mentioned that their mother had had success with BodyTalk I decided to give it a go.
It was one of the best decisions I have made.
Through BodyTalk I feel that I have healed. I no longer feel my depression, I have energy. I look forward to my BodyTalk sessions. Each session helps and improves me physically and mentally. Because of my health conditions and problems that arise with them, I have been skeptical of many healing practices – nothing has really helped.
